Ann has worked in a variety of clinical settings as an Orthoptist and has a wide range of experience, including Paediatrics, Low Vision and general Ophthalmology.

Continuing an amazing career in all aspects of nursing, midwifery and education, Signa’s passion for health, wellness and beauty has led her into many different areas in the medical field. In the last 3 and a half years, she has included surgical ophthalmology to this list. Spending the majority of her career in North Queensland, she now divides her time between the Coffs Harbour and Grafton practices, and Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, QLD.

Miriam was born in Singapore and moved to Melbourne with her parents in 2008 where she completed her studies. She arrived in Coffs Harbour in 2017 and has quickly become part of the team. She is mighty with her humor, attentive in what she does and an asset to Australian Eye Care.

Andrew was born in Coffs Harbour and grew up out of Bellingen. He and his wife have just built their first house, and are in the early stages of being home owners for the first time. Andrew is always cheerful and strives to make everyone’s lives easier.
Emily’s role as an ophthalmic technician involves undertaking eye tests and scans to assist Dr.Goodrich in diagnosing eye conditions, and also assists the doctor on consult days. Emily has recently completed a university degree in fine art studying in both Brisbane and Hobart after having grown up in Coffs Harbour.
Naturally her passion is art and she loves painting in her spare time.
One of our ophthalmic technicians, Kayla has spent the last 6 years working in health care in a number of different roles after graduating as a nurse in 2011.
Kayla and her family recently moved to Coffs Harbour from Victoria with her husband having grown up in Corindi.
The mother of two loves helping our patient, and enjoys spending time with her family and riding motorbikes away from work.

Kristy was born in Sydney, NSW, and moved to Coffs Harbour with her parents when she was just 4 years old. Her schooling was completed locally before joining the Australian Eye Care team. She is happily married, has just become a first home owner and is looking forward to having her own fur baby family.
Day Surgery Administrator and Clinical Support
Dave grew up in the north east of England (Middlesbrough area) and later studied in Birmingham before moving to Coffs Harbour in 2009. Dave has been in the medical industry for over 5 years, having previously worked for a Coffs Harbour GP clinic, later joining Dr Goodrich’s team at Australian Eye Care in 2013. He currently looks after theatre lists for Coffs Harbour Day Surgery and also helps out with reception, clinical support, accounts and administration. He is married with two children.

Anthea originated from Sydney and has enjoyed living in the Coffs Harbour region for the past 30 years. Prior to her employment with Australian Eye Care she was a successful small business owner in the Customer Service Industry. Anthea’s role as Clinic Support Officer and Minor Procedures Scout Nurse and Hospital Booking Officer allows her to care and assist with patients needs on all levels. In her spare time, Anthea enjoys the peace and tranquility of her small acreage in the beautiful Orara Valley.

Born and raised in Mt Eliza, Victoria, Sandy completed an Advanced Diploma in Business Studies at Frankston Business College. Sandy moved to Coffs Harbour in 1988. Sandy has 7 years experience working in the Ophthalmology field. Outside of the clinic, Sandy loves spending time with family and friends. Sandy’s hobbies include card making, walking and watching movies.

Tracey was born in Murray Bridge, South Australian, but soon moved to be raised in a small country town in the central west called Binnaway. She moved to Grafton in 1986 where she worked for Telstra for 21 years starting at the grassroots and working up to upper Management. She completed her Diploma of Management in 2011. Tracey enjoys long distance walking and spending time with her family and her pet whippet named Philip.

Brooke was born in Fairfield, Sydney, but raised in Sawtell from 6 months of age. Brooke completed her Diploma of Business Administration in 2012 and is completing her Certificate IV in Bookkeeping. In her spare time Brooke enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends. Living right by the sea, she enjoys long walks along the beach, watching sun rises and sun sets and the amazing turmoil our weather displays in the clouds.
Peter brings extensive customer service skills to his receptionist role at Australian Eye Care after 13 years as a service manager for a data strategy company.
Born in Macksville, Peter spent most of his life in Sydney before moving back to the are in 2015.
An avid lawn bowler, Peter is also a keen sports fan.
Tania brings a wealth of experience of over 25 years working in health care.
An enrolled nurse since 1991, Tanya has worked in elderly rehab, palliative care, psychogeriatric care, and infant care.
Tania considers helping people is the best part of working in the health care industry.
For the last 12 years she has worked in England and is currently completing a Certificate 4 in both Bookkeeping and Accounting.
Tania’s interests include reading, photography and gardening.

Born in Sydney, NSW, Nicole moved to Coffs Harbour with her parents in 1990. Nicole has worked in retail, administration, reception and bookkeeping for different companies over the years, however, she found home with Australian Eye Care. Nicole is a proud Mum to 3 beautiful children. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves live bands and dancing.

Aiden brings a journalism background to his role as media co-ordinator/blogger for Australian Eye Care. Born and bred in Sawtell, Aiden is an avid basketball player and loves watching sport and reading in his spare time.

Mel landed on our beautiful Coffs Coast, with her husband and 2 children, in Feb-2016 from Cape Town, South Africa. Mel studied a Diploma of Business Management in Durban, South Africa, and an Executive Secretarial Diploma in Johannesburg, South Africa. Mel has worked across industries, from music to pharmaceutical, as a personal assistant, human resources, bookkeeping, and administrative support.
